Each student receives individualized instruction. Whether the student is struggling with an academic challenge; has been required to learn English as his second language; must pass a specific test; or wants to sharpen learning skills to attain or maintain honor roll grades; I can structure an approach that will meet or exceed requirements and aspirations.
I have had students from the public, private, and home school environment. They come for instruction in math, social studies, science, and language arts including reading, spelling, grammar, writing, and literature.
Some have had unique learning difficulties such as dyslexia, ADHD, and ADD while others are attending school with an IEP (individual educational plan) which is legally binding in the public system. Some students are below grade level while others are consistently on the honor roll, but all are here for one reason, to allow Sue Morgan Tutoring to remediate, maintain, and/or enrich their educational experiences.
My brand new, state of the art, classroom facility fosters an environment that is conducive to learning. It features a lending library, (books, DVDs, and CDs), reading area, science area, porcelain chalkboard, large bulletin board, and many resources for multi-sensory instruction. Every student is provided with their own, individual, three ring binder which will contain lessons, materials, and supplemental items of interest.
Personal attention and a genuine interest in the success of my students are the hallmarks of Sue Morgan Tutoring.
